Older couple riding bikes - Our Contributors

Senior Access Points is a county-wide collaboration led by the Larimer County Office of CSU Extension. Our partners include the Larimer County Office on Aging, the Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities and CSU’s Department of Human Development and Family Studies, along with 40+ agency collaborators.

Our website is maintained by CSU Extension and CSU’s Department of Human Development and Family Studies. We rely on our community collaborators to inform us of new services and resources and to help us stay current as the needs of the Larimer County population change.

SAP has trained over 30 Volunteer Ambassadors to help spread the word about aging-related resources and to educate our community about available services and programs.

The work of Senior Access Points has been generously supported by the NextFifty Initiative, CSU Department of Human Development and Family Studies, and AARP Colorado.
