Serving Estes Park, Via’s paratransit program is an on-demand, call-up, door-to-door transportation service from any origin to any destination in our service area. This is a shared ride service and schedules change daily based on where riders need to go.
There is no charge for riders age 60 and older.
Before you can begin riding Via’s paratransit program, an intake/registration phone interview must be completed with one of Via’s Mobility Specialists. A family member or caregiver may complete the interview as well as request a ride. Call 303.447.2848 ext. 1014.
You can make a reservation either by phone or online.
Call Via’s Call Center at (303) 447-9636 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday to make a reservation. OR fill out an online trip request form at their website.
