For Veteran families over 60. The Healing Warriors Program Wellness and Preventive Care series will provide assistance to our 60+ veterans and their family members with health and wellness needs to improve their quality of life through non-narcotic health-related strategies. No cost.
Who is Eligible for Care
Service Members (all eras, all branches of service). Spouse/Partner and Parents of Service Members are also eligible.
The Wellness and Preventative Care series is designed to help:
- Improve balance
Reduce chronic pain and neuropathy
Enhance focus and awareness
Enhance quality of life
Program eligibility requires Larimer County residency to qualify.
