HNS helps to stabilize and strengthen the at-risk seniors, families, children, and youth, of the Loveland and Berthoud communities (Thompson School District boundary). We encourage self-sufficiency through the multiple tools and resources we offer that assist in getting people out of crisis and back into self-reliance. HNS offers comprehensive emergency and basic needs services, case management and long-term solutions to help people who are struggling to overcome situational crises or escape the grips of poverty. We also serve clients who are on fixed incomes such as senior citizens, veterans, people with disabilities, and people experiencing job loss due to illness or employment layoff.
